This is an 3/2 older well-maintained, large double wide located on Avenue a which is a DIRT ROAD in Saint Augustine. Very private secluded wooded area zoned rural ,so you can have some chickens if you want. This unit has a central air and heat unit, Wellwater, washer dryer hook up, this unit is $1200 a month rent plus $1200 deposit plus $1200 eviction security = $3900. $100 per adult application fee. Please do not apply. If you have ever been evicted. I will respectfully decline the application. need to provide six months of verifiable income to prove that you make three times the amount of rent per month. One small pet only with a nonrefundable $200 deposit.

The term of the lease is 2 year. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance one small pet OK with a nonrefundable $200 deposit , plenty of parking.

The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. There is an Amphitheatre close by which has many local and international events. Loads of restaurants, wine tasting and bars, shops/boutiques, museums including the Fountain of youth ca be visited."
