Back house for rent in the heart of the San Fernando Valley! Full unit to yourself. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Private entrance. No pets and no laundry on site. You are welcome to bring your own washer and dryer. One car is allowed to park in driveway. Other vehicles must park on street. Owner of house lives on site in the main house, with 1 other person. Elementary school across the street, CSUN is 2 miles away. Grocery stores and parks nearby.

All furniture featured in photos can be used by tenants. Furniture can be removed upon request.

    "The business development in my neighborhood is at an upward trend. There’s an annual artwalk and a quaint Southeast Asian community in the center: a handful of excellent Vietnamese and Thai restaurants and retail establishments. It’s mostly comprised of single-family housing, but quite a few apartments and condominiums have popped up in the last 10 years. Needless to say it’s quite a diverse and well-planned neighborhood."

Prostitution is a problem around the apartment I’m at right now also notice people visibly under the influence during early hours of the day.
