I grew up in neighboring town of Norman, much larger schools. All separate elementary, Middle and High School. I have nothing but positive things to say about Washington School system!!! The extra buildings are all amazing. New play grounds, new elementary gym that also has a stage for elementary productions. They have an onsite nurse and across the street a licensed physicians assistant. Truly is an amazing community. I am able to message the teachers for my kids and get a reply within an hour or two . My middles child is autistic and has an AID. They accommodate him and allow him to participate in show performances everything. My husband also attended the school. The teachers know these kids and care about them. I have never heard about anything inappropriate,or questionable. I will never move bc my children attending this school is a blessing. My eldest is 14 and a reading disability, he was given then helped that he needed. He wasn't embarrassed to admit his problem, bc he knew he would not be shamed . The athletics is another huge plus. All these kids most of their parents went to school together so bullying is not an issue, with the families talking about the issues and the best way to move forward.

"it is a trailer park. it has good quiet neighbors. No issues with house break ins or car break ins. School transport is either inside or right at the park entry."

"We have lived here for 9 years. Small town living with the benefit of being 10 minutes from Norman. Family friendly...quiet area. Houses are spaced out so your neighbors are close, but not too close! I suggest you buy or build today. Our neighborhood is in Norman Public School district. Also, Community Christian School is where our daughter goes to school. "

"Only 3/4 mile from an amazing community park, but plenty of friendly neighbors to spend warm summer evenings hanging out with. Easy interstate access and only minutes from Norman. Norman Public Schools, so very pleased with this area."

"I lived in this area as a teenager, mid twenties and late thirties there was was something to do if not in Goldsby then in Norman. I always enjoyed the ride home. The stars at night are awesome."
