5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at this school has been very negative. There is a serious problem with bullying and fighting, and I personally feel unsafe attending. I was even slapped by another student, and the school did nothing to address it properly. The administration often ignores these problems or treats them as if they are not serious, which makes it unfair and unsafe for students who are being bullied or hurt. Victims do not get the support they need, while the students causing harm are often left without consequences.Because of this, students can feel stressed, scared, and unprotected. A school should be a place where children feel safe, respected, and supported—but that is not what this school provides.I would not recommend this school to anyone until it improves how it handles bullying, fights, and student safety.Other Review2mo ago30 Reviews - McNab Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible. So many things about it. I can’t even explain first of all. Bullying is terrible and they do nothing to fix it. The vice principal is also horrible. The teachers are ok… but it seems like they do nothing about it. They put no effort into anything.Parent Review1mo ago38 Reviews - Northeast High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had one son who graduated from there in the honors and Cambridge courses, and he is in his final year in college. My other son is beginning sophomore year, and is in the engineering magnet and taking Cambridge courses. The building has made a vast improvement for the learning environment. Great teachers and supportive staff make a huge difference.Parent Review1y ago8 Reviews - Check out schools near 1920 SE 18th St.

"I’m a huge dog lover and dog owner. I’m also a real estate agent in the area and specialize in finding areas that your dog will live too. I live in downtown Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas Blvd and there are tons of dog owners. I love walking my dog and chatting with other dog owners alike while doing walks. No matter what route I take my dog enjoys the scenery, smells and fellow walkers."

"Lived in Shady Banks for 22 years and it's only getting better. It's very close to Downtown but unique in that it's enclosed so we don't get any cut through traffic and the roads are quiet for running/walking. Single family homes only (no townhouse development taking over as in other downtown neighborhoods). The tree canopy is gorgeous and beautiful peacocks roam the streets. The best part is our two parks, one with lots of amenities for sports and social gathering, the other a nature park on the river with a boardwalk to walk or launch kayaks. Love this place. "

"It’s on the River with many beautiful boats docked or either going by. There’s a water trolley that you can take to go up and down the river. It’s close to a Main Street with many shops a restaurants. The location is perfect but can be somewhat noisy. All ages life in my area but there are too many dogs. "
