5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHurray for Principal Sotomayor, for Scrivner, for Rodriguez, for Bennett, for cafeteria ladies and the lady helping parents. Still need improvement with some tecniques used by certain people, yes, I agree secretary should work in some kindness skills and so the front lady, she needs to be more informed. We never know when she will be able to help us or say she doesnt know. The music director is the best, he is dedicated to those students and there always when we parents have questions. Other teacher should use some skills to communicate with parents as Mr Rodriguez does. I recognize lot of improvement in this school. I will recommend it if you have good communication with your child and is you are willing to deal with the not so profesional secretary in that school.Other Review1y ago5 Reviews - P T Coe Elementary School

"I drive 15 minutes and back from work daily. That is the extent of my driving most days. Other than mild traffic, it’s typically a quick drive. "

"Dog owners never pick their dog poop. It’s really annoying and I wish they would do better. If you can’t pick it up don’t have a dog "

"I lived in Maryvale when I was a child until I was 10 years old. Do you know what makes this neighborhood new unique is that there is a plethora of ethnicity. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from and there is always small little shops that you have never been to before the visit. There are plenty of convenience stores, easy access to the interstate in gas stations. There is a large mall not far away."

"It can be crazy in terms of the noise which may overwhelm you.As for the calmness it’s alright although I have come accustomed to the noise. Its only uniqueness is the closeness of restaurants and a mall to go to."

"There are many friendly families in this neighborhood and you can see kids playing outside. You can also go for family walks in the afternoon as many families do. The schools are relatively good too. Overall Maryvale is a tight community aside from the crime which is getting better. "
