Description

This is a 3 bed/2.5 bath town home located in Casa Fiesta Townhomes (21st ave and Hazelwood area). Very spacious bedrooms upstairs, including a huge master suite with private bathroom and walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a recently updated kitchen that opens to the dining room/living room. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups, half bath, and pantry/storage. At 1600 sq feet, this home is very spacious with lots of storage.

Current tenant has occupied home for 4 years. I will be replacing the upstairs carpet with new flooring when they leave.

There is a large, covered, private patio with additional outdoor storage and some space for gardening. In the front of the house, you can access the shared courtyard, with a pathway to the pool. One covered parking space plus a second uncovered and plenty of street parking.

The neighborhood is quiet. Easily walk to public transit and shopping/dining hubs on 19th ave.

Rent includes water. Seeking a minimum 1 year lease, with potential discount on monthly rent with longer lease terms. Available August 1st.

I am the owner of this townhome and rent it out directly to you, no middle manager. I'm requesting a one year lease minimum, and could negotiate a discount if the tenant signs a longer lease term. Pets are welcome, though the housing community may have some restrictions on size (but not number).

Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave.
