Room has beautiful tile flooring , big window with lots of sun light. Nicely upgrade bathroom. Full access of the kitchen/ light cooking, Laundry, main house, back yard, etc.... The Utilities will be splitting equally. This house is very clean , very quiet home , No parties , No dramas, No pets, No drugs, No overnight guests. I am asking $950 + est. utilities splitting with the roommates. I am looking for nice, responsible, quiet, clean reliable, housemate with a reliable income, single occupant Only . I also, have a HUGE........Master Bedroom with a private bathroom, separate jacuzzi tub, separate shower , double sink for his and her, toilet is in a separate room, 2 huge separate walking closets for his and her or can be using one for the office and one for clothes. This room is Huge.....and it has 6 big windows so there will be a lot of sun lights. The room comes with a beautiful hardwood flooring. This room won't last so come and check it out, don't wait. It is hard to find a master bedroom that is huge like this. I am asking for $1300/mo + est utilities splitting with the roommates. Both room are very Beautiful so don't wait. It won't last long.
