One room for rent with it's own private bathroom and an access door that leads out to the pool. Closet doors with mirrors. 3000sf house with 4 bedrooms in house total. All the rooms have their own bathrooms, so you would have your privacy. Shared Kitchen and Living room. Pool in the back yard and small vineyard on the other side of the house. Close to town and Cuesta College. Call for information.

There is no smoking inside. If one smokes, it has to be out side with appropriate ashtrays.

    "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs,keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
