Giant Eagle, Marc's, and many other stores just down the street on Snow Road.

Renters must put the Electric, Gas, Water, and Sewer bills in their name, and are responsible for paying all four of these utilities every month. Renters are responsible for cutting the grass weekly in warm weather, snow removal in the winter, and putting garbage out & rolling garbage cans to backyard weekly. Entire home was just repainted. No smoking inside the house.

Lots of street lights and cars drive on it 24/7. Not safe when you have small kids or small animals. Bus services are easy access. "

    "I LIVE NEAR Veterans Park, which is beautiful, and well maintained. People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
