"Their dog will have to be ready to brawl every day because no one knows what a leash is. Stay strapped"

"There are tons of families in our neighborhood. Neighbors are like family. We could not be happier living in Serenbe!"

"Chattahoochee Hills is a beautiful, peaceful area to live in. It is near enough to the interstate and South Fulton Parkway for an easy commute to almost anywhere near Atlanta. "

"Serenbe is a highly touted 900 acre green community consisting of 120 homes. The community is located just outside of Atlanta in the Chattahoochee Hill Country. To say that Serenbe was thoughtfully planned would be an understatement. The development team at Serenbe has created a place where there was just as much concentration on quality of life as their was on sustainability. Walkable neighborhoods are mixed in with protected space to create a community full of beautiful views and interesting neighbors. A conscious commitment towards promoting diversity has lead to several interesting features of Serenbe. First, the community features a variety of architectural styles and dwelling types ranging from live/work lofts to single family cottages & estates. Second, a commitment to the arts, agriculture, and land, has attracted wonderful minds towards the community. Many of the residents care deeply about preserving the land on which they live. Exploring the land is easy, as there will be plenty of trails for walking, hiking, and biking. The community will connect to a 98 mile greenway system which weaves it way throughout the rolling country. The paths will outline the natural land, meandering along small streams and through fields of wildflowers. Recent droughts are evidence that water is an important resource in Georgia. Serenbe has addressed that need by developing wastewater treatment and storm water management programs. Graywater from homes will be reused in the best fitted way, including being used to meet irrigation demands, as water for toilets, or sent off for treatment. Storm water will run into heavily vegetated regions and will be disbursed naturally. Native plants are used throughout the development, which significantly decreases the need to water the lawn. Neighborhood The community is built in 3 distinct sections, called "hamlets". The hamlets at Serenbe were carefully planned to correspond with the natural terrain. This has helped to lea"

"I live in this community that is surrounded by 700 acres of protected forests with miles and miles of trails. There are top rated restaurants and shopes within walking distance. Shopping for groceries is less than 15 miles any direction you go. The Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport is only 20 miles away. You have to come visit and see it for yourself!"
