One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a trundle bed that can either be two twin-sized beds or come together to become a king-sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate room for the shower and the toilet.

The lease of this home includes access to the community area, which includes a pool, firepit, and a picnic area. Parking includes 2 spots inside the attached garage.

Gentrification is on in a big way here with property values climbing quickly. It is a walkable urban, beachside neighborhood. I love downtown Oceanside, but I could get priced out soon, which is sad. Good bye locals, hello real estate investors. "
