TOP-FLOOR condo (3-story building with elevator) overlooks a lake fountain with the community pool just beyond. Furnishings include leather sofas, king size master set and guest room queen set. Kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops. Linens and kitchen wares are included. New stainless steel kitchen appliances. No smoking. No pets per HOA guidelines. Carport parking for one car. We are experienced property owners and are able to provide references.

Off Season rental rate of $2495 monthly (plus electricity) is based on a 2-month rental. Shorter terms available at higher rates. HOA application and background check required by the HOA. This unit is available September 1, 2026 to November 1, 2026.

PELICAN BAY residents enjoy FREE tram access to private white-sand beaches, exclusive Gulf-side dining, kayaking, sailing, top-tier tennis, fitness center, walking/biking trails, nature preserves, and fine arts. One-time transfer fee of $300 to Pelican Bay Foundation for use of amenities.

HOA approval required-fee applies.

Tenant pays electricity. Wi-Fi, Cable TV and water included in monthly rent. Once you pay the one-time transfer fee to the Foundation, no fees for beach club or tennis. Not available after November 1 2026. 3- month minimum.

Renter must pay rental application fee to HOA.
