8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of my kids do well academically here, but one area I really want to comment on is diversity. It is lacking at this school. Anti Blackness/micro aggression is rampant as is classist attitudes. Too many rich white kids/families who don’t venture outside of their bubble. Recommend hiring more staff and administrators of color and adding Black history requirements to graduate.Parent Review3y ago5 Reviews - William Allen III Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt’s sad to say but we are disappointed with this Middle School. Instead of seeing a real advance in our daughter’s knowledge, writing, and math, we soon realized that the teachers and academic rigor was not what we had expected of. To offset the weaknesses, we worked in extra math classes outside of school and spent hours on writing and in additional texts to bridge the obvious gap. The worst reality is that this school did not build on our child’s love of learning. When she had a vibrant and engaging teacher she can and does thrive in her leaning. Don’t be misled - this school has a long way to go to achieving excellence in education.Parent Review5y ago1 Reviews - South Valley Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children at this school. Beware of the principal. She's quite arrogant and somewhat militant. The teachers are good but if you have to deal with the principal - good luck. No one wants to complain about her because they feel they may face retribution. She is unfriendly and arrogant. The school needs fresh ideas and it maybe time for a change at that position. She is not a nurturing person and it's surprising that she is in that position. It's unfortunate because the school itself is really nice as long as you don't have to deal with the administration. She has created a cold atmosphere that can be felt when you walk into her office.Parent Review11y ago1 Reviews - Check out schools near 826 Cox Rd #3.

"Very pet friendly neighborhood but wish there was a closer dog friendly park. The closest official one would be the neighboring town in mount laurel "

"Good schools, many overachievers, very competitive students. Makes the regular students feel a bit overwhelmed. A welcoming community, lots of activities for all ages, especially children. Quaint down town. Voted Best Town in USA in 2005(?) unsure if Year. Put 4 kids through school system- overall good experience for them and me. "

"I see dogs all the time. I don't think I've seen anyone pick up after their dog and some people have a bad habit of walking their dogs on people's lawn. "

"This area is great for kids, there’s parks in every part of the neighborhood. I’m closer to downtown so there’s a lot more for my son to do as well, the only thing I wish they had is more “child play” groups or programs in the area."

"Great place to walk your dog and other neighbors with dogs are friendly. Not enough dog parks in the area."
