2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is so horrible so horrible that if this school is still standing when I have children and I still lived in the Monroe nc area I would send my kids a whole different school this school is so strict "no hoodies" I mean its not the rule we're you can't but your hoodie on it's the rule we're you can't wear hoodies at all...and some parents can't afford to go out and buy they're kids a bunch of sweaters Also there's a lot of people that are out of dress code that never gets in trouble and when I did it I get sent you iss there's no good activitys in this school that will willing make the kids want to come teachers don't care about the school and always complaining about how "they don't have to be at the school" and one time I got dress coded by a male staff when I wore tights and I had a long shirt to cover my bottom and he told me "you should cover up" when I already was covered up i felt uncomfortable my mom made a report about him and the school did absolutely nothing this school is horribleOther Review8mo ago6 Reviews - Walter Bickett Elementary School

"Yes, I see many people walking theirs! Usually women. It’s Very safe here. Very family oriented and no thru traffic whatsoever. We even leave the doors unlocked if gone for a dhort period. "

"20 min to New Town. Leave at 5am. Roads are free of traffic delays. Back home at 9:30. Leave again ar 1:00."
