Easy maintenance landscaping front and back, fenced backyard. Central AC on home, as well as window units on additions for hot AZ summers. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. NO CATS ALLOWED. Dog(s) allowed but approval required by landlord.

Minimum 1 year lease. Every occupant 18 and over will need a credit/background/criminal check run, $50 paid direct to company who pulls the reports, link will be sent from Landlord at time of application. 620 minimum credit score.
