Lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, hiking and biking trails unending! Saguaro Lake is just 20 minutes away. There is also a sitting bar and a dining room that seats 6. The kitchen opens up to the family room and offers a great view of the backyard through the large sliding glass doors. There is also a private laundry room and 3 car garage. Desk in the loft for quick computer set up and wifi throughout the house. The large backyard features a built in BBQ, large shade tree, turf, playset and sand play area. An extra high block fence and mature trees add to the quiet and privacy of the backyard. Located on a cul de sac and in a gated community, our home is the perfect location for a wonderful and secluded get away, while offering the convenience of a big city. Within a 10 minute walk are great restaurants, sports bars, shopping, salons, banks, etc. Las Sendas is very large which can add drive time and make walking to the commercial area more difficult, but not Las Sendas Jewel! This house is located in the first neighborhood, Silverhawk, giving it great access to the commercial areas as well as the freeway entrance. Easy 10 min. walk to breakfast, shopping, bars, dining, etc. There's plenty of free parking both at the residence and at area shops, restaurants and attractions.This is the uncrowded desert uplands of Mesa where you can see wildlife, enjoy a variety of trails without driving anywhere.     "We've lived in the neighborhood since 2000. The schools are top rated in the state. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Since we border the National Forest, we don't have the congestion of some other similar high-end neighborhoods. We're still only a 20-30 minute drive to Sky Harbor. Great freeway access with the 202. The private pools, tennis courts, and parks are great. So is the mountain biking, road biking, hiking etc. Awesome place to live!"
