3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey let kids of opposite genders change in the same locker room. A bio-girl changes in the boys locker room and a bio-boy changes in the girls locker room. My daughter is friends with the girl and she tells my daughter that she likes boys yet, she is allowed to change in the boys locker room and how she watches the boys change. My daughter also shared that they called her in and asked what her preferred name and gender is. They also told her that they would not tell or share this with her parentsParent Review2y ago9 Reviews - Joe Stefani Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is by far worst from what my friends tell me. How does a third grader struggle to learn when the teachers don't teach them the correct way. Using too much technology to make their life easier isn't helping the kids. They don't even know how to use a dictionary book. Their homework is always a struggle for them because they're not taught how to do the homework. It's like throwing things at kids and expect them to learn. The office staffs are so inattentive and rude. Parking lot is chaotic when picking up the kids. Some teachers gives you an attitude when you go pick up your kids. Everyone seems rushed to go home and I feel like the school is all about getting money instead of improving it. No wonder California ranks the bottom in education, no one cares anymore.Parent Review6y ago4 Reviews - Buhach Colony High School

"Merced station specifically is so amazing! So excited to be renewing here! This community has been a great place to live, and the by-bedspace leasing makes it easy for me to save money while focusing on my studies. The environment is comfortable, the amenities are convenient, and everyone here is genuinely friendly. I’m really happy to call this place home for another year! "

"I stay here part time. Close to get on N99. But to get here off freeway exit, then you have to take some back roads to get to Franklin. No freeway exit to Franklin Rd."

"It’s best to look for homes that are in city limits because there are islands in the city that don’t count as in city limits so they don’t have side walks or parks. "

"Merced i actually a pretty alright city to live in. There isn't a lot of social sites or things to do but the city is definitely growing and expanding into a nice place. The crime and violence has significantly decreased through out the passing years and the school all seem to do a great job with our education. It's definitely a much cleaner and nicer city than nearby areas like Fresno or Modesto. "
