4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has changed my life, and no I’m not exaggerating, it really did, before I moved here I was a drug addict and had no life whatsoever, I was held back 7 years so when I went to school here I was about 21 years old or so, the AP here was the best person I ever met, all tho my age he didn’t care and made sure I graduated, I give my whole life to him, please read this before you enroll your kids.Other Review1y ago7 Reviews - Marble Falls Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis gotta be the worst school in Texas. All they do is target kids and only focus on them, then punish them for the same things everyone else is doing. Then, if you try to fight it, you get told you dont get to decide and thats "not how it works". Never send a kid here.Student Review9mo ago10 Reviews - Spicewood Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorse school. Teachers and rules are very unfair. Some teachers dont even know how to write proper report cards. They dont care about what your kids want to learn. They are just button pushers. The most disappointing thing is they have some group of students that they consider as TAG students and those students get unfair favors. I think this school hires the most incapable teachers. We are unfortunate to have such incapable group of people running a school in such a great neighborhood,Parent Review6mo ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near 1410 19th St.

"It is very quiet and pretty private, but neighbors are close by. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part."

"Local travel is fairly easy. Getting to Austin is pretty consistent unless there are accidents. I like how laid back it is here. "

"Located in beautiful Horseshoe Bay, Central Texas and a constant level lake. Great people and a resort feel. Fly in to golf, beautiful starry sky, because no street lights in the neighborhood. Close to Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. "

"People let there dogs run loose all the time in the neighborhood. Animal control is always out here. You tell them and they don't care. Dogs in a distance from where I live bark all night and owners don't do anything about it. I can hear them from my bathroom only, TG. "

"There are a lot of residents that own dogs. They are usually fenced in; however, there are some that let theirs just wonder around and they will chase and run away any deer you have in your yard."

"Blue Lake Estate is for everyone. There are retirees who live here year round as well as week enders. People come here from all over the United States to retiree as the weather is warm in the summers and mild in the winters. Blue Lake Estates sits right on Lake LBJ which is a constant level lake. You even in drought conditions there is always water for your fun sports! Week enders come from all over the area and usually end up retireeing here. The community have get togetthers to celebrate some of the holidays and everyone is friendly. There is a beautiful 9 hole golf course that you can walk or ride golf carts. The yearly fee is very low with no added green fees. Everyone loves to go out for rides around the neighborhood in their golf carts. There are deer that run free and this year I have seen over 20 new fawns! With the new grocery store in Horseshoe Bay it only takes 15 minutes to get there. A new Medical Clinic is being bulit just down the road on Hwy 71 with a new hospital to follow. It's a great place to live. Come out and see for yourself!"
