5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have 2 kids who have been going to this school since 2012 and EVERY year since then my kids have experienced nothing but knit picking by every teacher they have had especially my youngest kid. These teachers like to make so many remarks about what ever they feel like which is very discouraging. I wish someone can go through this school with a thorough evaluation of these teachers and get a lot of them out of there.Parent Review9y ago5 Reviews - Madera High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is beyond rude. We own our home and on the other side of our backyard fence is the TJ elementary school baseball field and open field. We constantly have students attacking our dogs. During sporting events if we are outside in our backyard we are constantly harassed by families of the students to the point we have had to call the school and cops multiple times. Families and faculty literally use vehicles to stand on to look into our yard to yell obscenities at us and then turn and call the cops on us when we defend our OWNED property. Given how the school allows students to treat its community as well as how the faculty members also handle things I wouldn’t recommend this “school” to anyone with any common sense. If you want your child to succeed please take them anywhere else that teaches them more education than sports and how to better treat the community.Other Review2mo ago5 Reviews - Check out schools near 120 N Schnoor St.

"country living at it's best... equal distance to city of Madera or city of Fresno. Cooler air in the country than city."

"Great sense of community. There is a small town feel with a bigger city under 15 minutes away. Best of both worlds."

"The plumbing is trash. Old Parkwood is just that. Old. The homes are too expensive for the quality you get. "

"Open roads with little traffic. Orchards to walk through. One thing they may not like are people who don’t control or fence their dogs and let them run free."

"I drive to Fresno daily and leave at 7 am. My commute is fairly easy with not much traffic. When I travel around Madera it is sometimes congested in certain areas but good other wise."

"people dump their trash in the empty lots around the neighborhood and we have multiple families living in single homes. there is hardly parking courtesy of one house in particular with the kennels in their garage. any festivals or celebrations expect loud music. parking limited. etc"

"super busy in the morning around 8am. super busy around 5pm as well. If its Sunday or Wednesday or Saturday prepare for traffic. the swap meet is on Sunday and Wednesday. Saturdays they have soccer leagues and it's hard to get out of our neighborhood with all the vehicles blocking the field of view"
