About this House

Charming 3 bedroom fully furnished cottage directly on Murray Lake in Lowell, MI. This is an all sports lake, great for fishing and swimming. The cottage is directly on the lake. There is a steep driveway that cannot be driven when the temperatures dip below freezing. You will need to walk the hill during the super cold months. There is a stairway in the hillside. Think of it as great exercise. The home has a washer and dryer.

This is an 8-month rental 9/27/26 through 5/20/27. Gas, septic, water, and snow removal is paid for by the landlord. Electric, garbage/recycling and wifi is paid for by the renter. Note - the home is heated by natural gas and has a gas dryer and oven so the electric usage is usually minimal. Prefer no pets but a small, non-shedding dog would be considered. No cats. No smoking.
