We are privately owned landlords. We have been in community for over 30 years, providing housing to local residance and CSULB students. We look forward providing housing needs to all.

Discription of the unit:

-2 Bedrooms with Bathroom upstairs.
-Also, with bonus room, Sunroom can be used as study room, game room, sleeping room...
- With fenced back yaed.

 As long as you are a student we are willing to rent Indvidual rooms.

We would like to have a minimum one year Lease. All Utilities are paid by tenants. Will cover Gardner service. The house is all Electric no gas.
No Smoking inside units any kind.

    "it’s nice like any other place that has the ups and down however, for the most part, people are friendly and neighborly. Issue is that some houses and apartment are oversaturated with tenant which causes a decrease of actual parking space on the street so parking is horrible. Worse than a lot of parts in LA."

    "There are many families in our neighborhood often walking with their kids in strollers, bikes and walking their pets too. There are two parks walking distance from here. You do have to be cautious though because there are also homeless people roaming sometimes and they set up tents on Anaheim, just always be aware of your surroundings. "
