No garbage service is provided tenants must handle their own trash. Non-working vehicles, illegal drugs, and excessive gatherings are not permitted. Tenants are responsible for lawn care, including the area outside the fence to the road in front, as well as snow removal. No smoking allowed.

Ideal for a single person or couple seeking a quiet lifestyle. Pets may be approved upon meeting the landlord; approved pets must be altered, vaccinated, supervised, low vocal (dog) and cat due to predators should be inside only or inside outside with secure catio or supervision. Dog under voice control supervised or in the fence. Lots of deer and turkeys.

My wonderful long-term tenants are moving out of state , so I'm ideally looking for similar tenants.
