The unit includes a kitchenette with a Microwave, Convection Oven, Refrigerator, and two portable electric burner stovetops. Lots of storage. No on-site laundry. Plenty of street parking on a quiet culdesac.

Please note that a short, steep driveway makes accessibility difficult for those with limited mobility.

Seeking clean, quiet tenant (2 tenants max). Absolutely no smoking and drug use. A pet will be considered. Two gentle bread dogs are on the property already.

First month's rent plus $1000 for deposit to move in. With a pet, there is an additional $300 pet deposit.
