Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. Its important to note that encounters with Mother Natures creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, its often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us. PLEASE NOTE: House Rules Guests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement. Parties/Gatherings No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance. Security Deposit A $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches. Additional Amenities A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
