Monthly rent is $2,950 and includes all utilities (capped electricity), internet, solar, gas, water, trash, landscaping. For clubhouse access additional fee applies of $200/month for fitness center, resort and lap pools, pickleball, tennis, social activities, and the member website. An on-site restaurant is open five days a week.
Submit for Pets to be considered. One resident must be age 55 or older. No smoking on site. Tenants must comply with HOA rules, including 10:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. quiet hours.
