If we are truly concernd about our children and thier future these things must be done now!!! I listened to a Department of Education person from Washington D.C. say that Colorado refuses to take the quote "DRASTIC" measures that are needed to fix their educational woes! 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe schools in Ignacio are terrible. I was a student from K-12, and my education suffered, big time. Few of the teachers care, the cirriculum is bogus, I got NO help when I tried to talk to a counselor about college options, and was told throughout high school I wasn't worth the effort because I "wasn't going to graduate anyway". I learned most things on my own, outside of the schools. I WANTED to learn - they just don't have much to offer.Parent Review13y ago
