Small home in a child friendly neighborhood. Will be reasonably renovated by the time of move in with hard floors and new tiles in the bathroom. A cute comfortable place to check out huron without any huge commitments. Multicultural area close to a park and also close to the court house.
The living room/dining room is around 300 square feet and each bedroom is about 10x11. The kitchen is also around 10x11 ish.
My own pets have done their own damage to the home so i will be relativley lenient in regards to that. I understand that life happens and animals are unpredictable and additional surprise costs can cause undue hardships.
Im also living through the struggle of finding a home that allows me to have my animals at a reasonable cost which is what drove me to keep the prices very low.
I have the address hidden for my safety since I still live there.
Utilities not included in rent cost.
Pets welcome. Fee will be returned if there is no major pet damage upon move out. I just need to have the funds to fix it if your pet causes damage.
Do not smoke cigarettes in this house! Smoke outside or in garage. If it is discovered that there is smoking in the house you will be subject to immediate eviction.
A lawn mower will be left for tenant use. Keep up with the mowing, if a fee is accrued you will be held responsible for it.
Can stay furnished if necessary, willing to negotiate furniture. Will come at small monthly fee which is negotiable per item. You could buy some of the furniture for a reasonable price.
Need someone to rent this house for approx 2 years starting fall 2027 while I move away for college. Willing to sign a 2 year lease. Will likely need to move out when I am done, you will be given 90 days reminder. willing to negotiate.
Willing to add utilities to lease and manage payment for tenant. Utilities are approximately 350 give or take for water and electric. Electric is on budget billing for 220 but you may be charged the difference if you drive the bill way above that per month. Can provide bill history if you are concerned about average cost of living.
If you do not pay your rent on time, you will need to make up the difference by the next payment date or you may be subject to eviction. If you cant pay rent, I cant pay the mortgage and we both lose the house essentially. I am willing to work with you on missed payments within reason. Prior warning of hardship is appreciated.
