6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers are great, admin is beginning to make more presence. Great growing PTO. Very diverse. School seems to concentrate on character versus academics, not sure which is best. Could use better communication between teachers and parents, but I think they are working to improve that. Dual language program is fantastic. And contrary to previous comments, everyone there does speak English, but most are bilingual and able to assist those who do not speak fluent English. I love that parent events and material are in English and Spanish so information can reach everyone, fair and realistic. I drive my children 15mins each way to attend!Parent Review11y ago2 Reviews - Humble High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had the worst experience with this school and I’m only trying to enroll my children. I have emailed several times no response. I have called and left messages no response. The staff are very poor at communicating and won’t even reach out to me after several days and attemptsParent Review11mo ago2 Reviews - Ross Sterling Middle School

"Dogs are very welcome in this neighborhood. We have 2 dogs and take them for walks all the time. People pick up after their dogs. There are pet waste baskets at the neighborhood parks and the retention pond is great to all the dogs around. Theirs also a dog park is the area that is very clean and our dogs love to play there."

"There’s a lot of drivers around the area that go a faster speed, so I suggest watching with caution if your children are playing outside."

"Swell planned community for certain. But the best by far is the diversity of people. It feels a bit like a cultural melting pot. We also have Summerwood watch through our ring door bells so we quickly pass along suspicious people roaming in the hood"

"This is a great gated community. my family and I have never felt more safe not to mention being well above the flood line. we didn't even lose electricity which I did feel guilty about sometimes when watching what was happening on the news. Couldn't be happier. "
