A child and parents needing Special Education or have special needs to be educated are being provided the minimum guidance. Communication is a struggle, concerns are ignored.

Do not bring your child here if you want them to have a great education.The teachers are disrespectful and have favoritism. They don’t care if you pass or fail.Everything is too complicated. They cancel events last minute and expect everyone to be okay with it. There’s no SAT prep and when kids (rightfully so) complain, they don’t take the children’s opinions seriously.

Tyrone elementary is very good for my son and every day he tells me about how good his day was and I think it’s 5stars.

Mr. Lindsay is the worst principal I've ever met. He don't take time to meet with long-term subs and show them how they do things at that school. They just expect you to know. He didn’t ask me about my experience or nothing and assumed I was a college student without asking me and spoke to me like i was a college student. He expexted me to spend hundreds of dollars as a sub to stock an entire art room that had ZERO supplies. No scissors, no construction paper, no glue.... nothing but copy machine paper. He also expected me to make an entire art curriculum in my time outside of the school. They didn't supply or help me with anything and just expected me to know. They just gave me a chromebook and expected me to know exactly what to do. They didn't help me with anything at all. Just made me feel like a bad sub bc they refused to help me, which created a ton of problems.
