 Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarettes/vaping) is permitted anywhere inside the premises or in designated common areas.
 Pet Policy: No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises at any time without prior written consent from the Landlord (except as provided by law for service animals).
