Stone flooring in backyard. Artificial plants fence around for more privacy. No yard work. Lots of shade from huge pine tree and 2 trees. Wide open view to park and access from backyard to park directly, 2 minutes walk to community pool. Walk path along the community lakes. Club house next to one of lakes. Many community playground. HOA stocks the lakes with fish every year for fishing. Canoe or small boating is permitted for residence. My house has very quiet neighbors. Dining table(only) on photo can be included by choice. This property is under warranty and all repairs of warranty covered items will be taken care of by owner( owner will be charged one time fee of each issue)

    "We have lived here for almost six years. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which is nice, but neighbors tend to keep to themselves. There are a few younger families that are outdoors often. Lots of cars park on the streets, but streets are well lit and drivers generally drive the speed limit. The park is great, lakes are a nice spot to relax or fish. Walking and biking trails stretch miles around the neighborhood."

There is a lot for our grandchildren to do when they visit, and it's a safe area. Also the HOA is strict so people keep their homes up. It's a bit expensive compared to other areas, but it's worth the extra money."
