This is a split level home and the top is completely separate from the bottom. Think of it as a luxury townhome. Very nice, quiet tenants reside below. Home is fully furnished. Comes with extra large capacity W/D.

The house is on nearly 1.5 serene acres with fruit trees and with essences of Spain & France. Walk across the street to the beautiful Cheval winery. Home has full monitored surveillance. Plenty of parking for everyone. There are stairs leading up to the front door so tenant must be OK with going up and down stairs.

Great home that makes you feel far away from everything but in reality you're just 3 minutes from freeways 78 & 15, Costo, Walmart, all restaurants. Legoland and Wild Animal Park are 20 minutes away. Short 20-25 minute drive to the beach and 30 minutes to Downtown San Diego and SD airport. We are in a small enclave of only 20 homes across from Cheval winery.
