"We have cinder city days in the summer as well as Lake Altoona county park which stirs up lots of business in the summer. A new splash pad was built this last year too."

"the specific area I live is subject to a homeowner association which does not allow dogs. however down the street from me is a park that I see people bringing their dogs to on a regular basis."

"The people are friendly, but not too fussy. It’s kind of a little secret neighborhood. It’s quiet. People take care of their property, but they aren’t out in front of the houses measuring one another’s grass either."
