"Very little traffic here so commuting is very easy. This is a small town, with I believe 20,000 residents."

"Traffic isn’t to hectic, except for when kids are going into or out of school (7AM-9AM) (3PM-5PM). Some good drivers, but a good amount aren’t so good so be cautious on the road."
