"I grew up in this area, and as an adult I have raised my family here! I love the closeness to Downtown. I take advantage of all the restaurants and entertainment that’s around me! I love it here! "
  • B L.
"It's a hidden jewel near downtown. It's a short distance from Chene Park, Belle Isle, and downtown. If you're into sports you can always find somewhere near to watch the game or tailgate. Not too far from the Dequindre Cut for biking, midtown, or the Eastern market. Boating and fishing are just a short distance away. The best part about being this way is that there is usually no tracffic because it will be going in the opposite direction."
  • Jasaxfl
"The neighborhood is on the bus lines.. Easy access to the river front. The daquindre cut, chene park, belle isle, and a host of local eateries. Everything is within walking distance"
  • Rockyjs717
"4 yrs living here. Close to Dequindre cut, Ford field, Comerica Park, Eastern Market. All are about 10-12 minutes walking distances."
  • Mccwarne a. c.
"This neighborhood is better than the average Detroit neighborhood. Mostly professionals. Lived here over 25 years"
  • kiaba_847
"Near everything you could think of that you would like to do in downtown Detroit"
