About this House
This is a 1,600-square-foot, three-bedroom townhome on a quiet street in City Park West. It's a really great location because you get the feel of a neighborhood with friendly neighbors, but you can walk to so much of what makes this part of Denver fun.
City Park is an easy walk, along with City Park Jazz in the summer, the farmers market, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bookstores, recreation centers and a theater. You're also really close to Five Points, RiNo, Uptown and downtown, as well as public transportation and several of the major hospitals.
The house itself has a lot of character, with hardwood floors, tall ceilings, great natural light, an updated kitchen and a gas fireplace downstairs.
One of my favorite things about the house is the outdoor space. There's a big shaded front porch that's perfect for coffee in the morning, brunch on the weekend or a drink in the evening. There's also a private outdoor area with room to garden, hang out or have friends over.
We've had tenants stay here for many years, which I think says a lot about both the house and the neighborhood. It's a comfortable, well-loved home in a great part of Denver where you can walk to almost everything.
The home is now available for rent. If you're interested, send us a message with a little about yourself and what you're looking for, and we'd be happy to answer questions or set up a time for you to see the house.
