"Quiet neighborhood, schools seem close and close to grocery stores! But area is growing so more traffic . Still a lot of original or early owners. Enjoy the mature trees around."
  • Mom
"Yes when it’s cool out dogs and their owners are out for walks. People out walking and enjoying the neighborhood "
  • Sammielynne12
"Busy roads and lack of shady walking paths.. hot sidewalks 50% of the time.. also right next to an elementary school "

  • Trulia User
"We don’t really have any community events except for those related to schools with the middle school in our neighborhood and And elementary school"
  • Trulia User
"very close drive to everything beautiful neighborhood very easy to get lost in this neighborhood because all the streets wind around each other hence the name idiots hill "
  • Cathy B.
"friendly dog people if your dog gets out people help keep them safe and find out who they belong to "
  • Olivia T.
"Peaceful, quiet neighborhood where people can count on each other. People decorate for Christmas and Halloween!!! "
  • Krissy S
"Very diverse area. High speed is a great problem. Especially when they go 10 to 15 over the speed limit on Robinwood Lane. Ridiculous contact from both the fire department and the police department. Not sure why I was simply trying to dispose of moving boxes. That were wet due to the fact that the garage does not stay dry. That the Denton Fire Department was here."
  • Akms44
"This specific area is what I focused on when looking for a home. The school in the area was what drew us in and all the feeder schools were amazing. The families we’ve met and become life long friend with have made our life whole. "
  • Ryan F.
"Lived here for a few years before moving to a nearby neighborhood. It is the best neighborhood in Denton in my opinion. Great mature tree coverage and unique houses."
  • fredrica
"Woodrow Wilson is THE BEST elementary in Denton isd. Homes in this 'hood are custom built, and the community is strong. Large lots, big trees, neighborhood park."
  • Shawn B.
"This is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood loaded with beautiful houses and just enough trees to help keep the area green."
  • Mary S.
"I live close to here, since 1993, have been walking my dog here for 2 years with no mishaps. People are friendly."
