Chicken coop with roosters nearby. Provided: internet, natural gas for stove, water, garbage, recycling, yard work, washing machine (dryer shared), clothesline (preferred method for drying clothes). Not provided: cost of electricity. 3 raised beds available for annual veggies or flowers. Large yard, back patio, grape arbor, private entrance. Must be OK with caring for chickens and landscaping when owner is away, from time to time. Owner will reciprocate by caring for tenant's pets/plants when tenant is away. Month-to-month lease; longterm tenant preferred.
