The backyard is large and has patches of raspberries along with a fire pit. The lease is pet friendly with a pet fee. There is off-street parking in the back. It has a cellar and shed for storage.

5 minute drive from the Gaffer District and an easy walk to Corning Museum of Glass.

The monthly rate is set at $1450 for a one-year lease.

Pets are welcome. There is a one-time fee per pet depending on the type and size of pet(s).
Owners will need to show proof of vaccinations and are responsible for damages due to pet(s).

Non indoor smoking of cigarettes and/or vapes.

Renter pays electric, gas, water/sewage, and garbage. Renter's insurance is required. There is an application fee. A background and credit check will be conducted.

The tenant is responsible for maintaining the property's appearance and grounds.

As part of our property maintenance expectations, it is required to mow the lawn regularly (mower onsite), have trash picked up and stowed away, clear leaves/snow off walkways, and no excessive lawn furniture.

Open to negotiations for longer lease terms.
