5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis review is based on my personal experience with Hamilton Township Middle School and its principal, Jennifer Coaster. In my experience, the school does not treat all students equally. I have noticed that Black students are often labeled negatively, especially when they speak up for themselves. Instead of being given support or being listened to, they are often described as aggressive, angry, or causing problems, even when there is no history of fighting or behavioral issues.I have personally experienced situations where my child was not given a chance to explain her side of a situation. It felt as though decisions were already made about her character before speaking to her. When a Black student has one issue or disagreement, it appears they are more quickly suspended or disciplined, while other students are spoken to differently and given the benefit of the doubt.I believe students should be seen as individuals, not stereotypes. No child should be labeled based on race or treated as if they are a problem simply for speaking up or advocating for themselves. Schools should protect and support all students, and I hope to see changes in how Black students are spoken about, disciplined, and represented within this school. This review is based on my observations and personal experience as a parent.Parent Review6mo ago4 Reviews - Hamilton Intermediate School

"Plenty of sidewalks, not that much public grass for the dog to use. I would recommend sticking to the parks or near the parks, then explore the surrounding neighborhoods and side streets alike. German village is very fun and exciting area to live in, plenty of restaurants and parks to spend your time walking your dog through. "
