I call it a little bit of country in the middle of downtown Clovis. You may hear a rooster crow now and then and very dark and quiet once night time hits.
Easy walking to activities in old town Clovis

The house is set back from the street which makes it even quieter.

No Garage

The house is a duplex. This side is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom with full living room and kitchen. Living room has a new mini split used for heat and AC.

Kitchen has a new refrigerator. No dishwasher, no garbage disposal. Gas stove

Shared Laundry room between the units.

The backyard is a large blank canvas. With a covered carport. If you have a work truck with tools, you can pull to the back each night if you would like.

I would like to start with a 6 month lease term to make sure we are a good fit. At the end of 6 months, we can see about extending it.

I do require no smoking on the property.

The house is currently furnished, but I can remove anything not needed or wanted.
** great for someone just starting out.

If you like to garden, that is a plus. Basic plants.

** There will be construction happening at the front of the house (Front yard) for the next 8-9 months. It shouldn't be a bother to you.

**Pets/Dogs are negotiable. I do not allow cats.

** I do still have a storage unit at the very back of the property that I will occasionally need to access. I will also come over and water the plants if that is something that you don't care to do. Currently the person in the studio is doing it.

Most people seem to be very dog friendly and it’s nice when you’re out for a walk with your fur baby, that you will almost always meet someone who wants to say hello or has a dog that you want to say hello to and they will let you. This seems to be a dog friendly area. Only one neighbor whose dog is either crying or howling in terrible hours of the night at times and that is annoying for sure!"

It’s in the heart of Fresno you can go up the mountain or down the 99. Shopping is very close by and delicious dining as well as fast food if that’s your preference. Easy access to freeways and entertainment is very family friendly during farmer markets in Old Town Clovis. Lots of local shopping and antique stores."

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
