About this House

FULLY FURNISHED MID- TO LONG-TERM RENTAL HOME

WELCOME TO WYOMING!

I am offering my turnkey, newly renovated, fully furnished home for rent. Minimum 1 month lease.

Have you recently sold your home and are looking for a temporary space while you find the house you want to buy or build? Are you a medical professional looking for short term housing? Are you a skilled laborer working on an out of state project? Business executive on assignment? I've got you covered! All you will likely need to bring is your clothes and toiletries/personal electronic devices!

I am open to a single tenant, or....if you are willing to co-op the space, each tenant could pay 1,200 and get their own bedroom and share use of the rest of the home with same-sex tenant. Currently it is unoccupied, so you would have solo use of the full house until I find another person to co-op. Which may or may not happen while you are there.

This home has 3 bedrooms/2 full baths with a finished basement. The 3rd bedroom is currently furnished as a designated office space. This is a cape cod style house, with 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and one on 1st floor.. Central heating and air conditioning. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstands, dresser, smart tv, and ceiling fans. Primary bedroom has electric fireplace. 2nd bedroom (guest room) also has coffee maker, microwave, and a refrigerator for your convenience.
Office space has desk, chair, dual monitor, printer, shredder and basic office supplies.
Living room has a leather section sofa, coffee table, end and accent tables, electric fireplace, large smart tv with soundbar.
Kitchen has accent lighting, all amenities, quartz countertops and includes a dishwasher.
Flooring is LVP with area rugs, and new wall to wall carpeting in carpeted areas.

Utilities are included in rent gas and electric (usage cap at $150/mo. Tenant pays overage), water, and wifi. Finished lower level has bar, full sized refrigerator, bar table/chairs, tv, couch and coffee table. Great for entertaining guests! Some basic exercise equipment.

Home is fully equipped with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Some small appliances like coffee makers, crock pot, broiler oven, bread maker, and blender also available. The kitchen is fully equipped .from pots and pans, down to utensils! Bed linens and towels provided. Basic cleaning supplies. First aid kits. Some smart features available, like motion activated lighting in all closets. Outside, there is a propane grill, too.

Wyoming is a quiet, quaint community. This home is on the hike/bike trail. There is a bike available, and you are welcome to use it during your stay.

If you have a child/children, the schools are exemplary and nationally recognized!
There are restaurants (pizza and bakery included), groceries, library, parks and gas stations within 2 miles. Malls within a 15 min. drive. Highways are convenient. Area hospitals and downtown Cincinnati/Northern KY are about a 20 min. drive.

Dogs are welcome. Sorry, no cats I am allergic!

"Great community! Hard to find a real community in Cincinnati where people really care for the general welfare of their fellow Wyomingites and sustaining this vibrant, thriving city. The mix of housing and the sidewalks make just walking around interesting. Also, Wyoming has some really great restaurants and stores. "
  • Dshonshapiro
"quick commute into city by automobile, very conveniently located near I-75 and the norwood lateral. "
  • Annoyed
"This is not that great of a neighborhood as they like to portray. A stray bullet hit my windshield. Smell weed constantly. Hear fighting and gun shots throughout the day."
  • Tina W.
"It has okay commute to downtown. Tends to be congested with construction traffic. Centrally located. Close to tri county. "
  • Moore303
"The canopy of trees in Wyoming is amazing. The neighborhood is friendly and it feels like stepping back into the best part of America's past. Kids walk to school and play together in parks! Classrooms are small and you know your neighbors. Best Town Ever!"

"If education and safety are of top concern, then Wyoming, OH is hard to beat. Beautiful community with nationally recognized school excellence."
  • goodpennys
"One of the top public school systems in the country. Walkable neighborhood. Oak Park at the end of the Charlotte Avenue, walk or ride the trail to the pool and Community Center and beyond to the Hamilton County Park. Community Garden is in the other direction walking through Oak Park. Farther along is the Skate Park, then the business section with the Art Center, Public Library, restaurants, and shops. Coming back are the tennis courts. It' not all, explore for yourself. Great place to live. "
  • edwardskevin
"From this location, you can walk to downtown wyoming, the schools and the golf course."
  • Stutjh
"Our daughter lives in Oakley and is considering moving to Wyoming. This area has top rated schools and is an older family oriented neighborhood. Wyoming has quick access to the I71 SR 126 corridors, shopping, and restaurants in Montgomery and Downtown Cincinnati. "
