Room for rent $675 monthly lease. Room is in a three bedroom house north of Chico. Quiet suburban neighborhood right off the freeway. Bathroom is across the carpeted hallway. Will have to share the bathroom with one other person. There are two roommates occupying the rest of the rooms. Utilities are split between all individual tenants . There is a sense of community that it very hard to find. You could leave your front door unlocked and most likely no one would try to get in. It feels safe"
