4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible. I used to attend to this school, there was a fight every other week. Many of these students are affiliated with gangs or other dangerous organizations. I don’t recommend enrolling your kid in this school. I had a bad experience in this school I attended from 6th to mid 7th grade. I couldn’t handle all the drama and overwhelming feeling of being there thinking you might get jumped. I was involved in an issue with a group of girls which were bad influences. I didn’t attend school for a week. Many of these students pick violence and drama over anything. The teachers are awful and don’t set a good example for the students. Many of these 6-8th grade teachers would curse or treat students poorly. I had a horrible education to the point that at my the other school I was enrolled in , I was behind on everything. I don’t recommend this unless you want your kids to get involved in drama, fights, and gangs, etc. The principal would threaten kids that she would suspend them for drawing on their hand or not finishing homework. Too much drama and fights in and outside of the school.Other Review1mo ago11 Reviews - Clemente Community Academy High School

"Nothing really makes it stand out from other areas of the city. It’s basic and has no charm. It’s too bad."

"Every summer there’s the Puerto Rican parade, a week long carnival set up in the park (now with an entrance fee, prior years were free entrance), multiple smaller festivals and there’s always at least some type of local event in the surrounding areas to explore. "

"Somewhat decent considering it being the Northside of Chicago. Heading to work in the northwest suburbs are good if you leave early enough. However, high traffic starts at 1 and ends at 630 ish expect delays on fridays, snow , rain and Wednesdays "

"The festivals are fun, there are a few: Puerto Rican fest. West fest. Ukrainian village fests. Smyth park has amazing Fire works. The Alligator in the park was exciting, he thankfully was captured safely. It is very Dog friendly. It is also quite Artsy over here with a few talented Tattoo shops. "
