"I’ve lived here here for three years. Never ever had a problem. My neighbors are very respectful and friendly and we watch out for one another. Never ever had a package stolen off my porch or anything. I’m really gone miss my apartment. My landlord and family is amazing and phenomenal people and very supportive and understanding people. And Will rent from them again in the future. "

"I grew up in this neighborhood and the community has went down tremendously. Too many vacant buildings boarded up no corner store anymore. You have whole Foods on 63rd & Halsted or Fairplay on 47th & Halsted. All I can say is be careful it's really not safe anymore "
