"I've lived in these apartments for 3 years. Recently they switched property management. The new company doesn't care about maintenance. Our furnace has been broken for over a month. Don't move here unless you want to freeze. "
  • Trulia User
"Art festivals and festivals of all sorts in general . The Springboro organizer care about the community. "
  • Hager45

"We have great neighbors, a nice community lake and community pool. We are close to shopping areas and the interstate, but still have the quiet and nature around you as if you were out in the country."
  • Elinear93
"Springboro is home to a lot of cute shops, especially in downtown springboro. There’s a cute Farmers Market right off 73 and there are many festivals that happen near by."
  • Mindy L.
"About 15 minutes to get on I-75 OR I-675. 35 min to WPAFB. Commute is never heavy traffic. Austin landing is very congested in the am. "
  • Tri2sli
"Great neighborhood for pets, especially dogs. Dog park less than a mile away. People are out everyday walking their dogs in Beck Ridge."
  • Aaron H.
"Great community, very safe. Good for upper middle class, fantastic schools and close to any highway you need."

  • Sulliva3
"There are no special community events that make this one block neighborhood special. I do not live in this neighborhood."
  • Tennhall c.

  • kdorner
"Farms of Heatherwoode community within Springboro is a wonderful area for families, new couples and retirees. The neighborhood sidewalks are great for exercise. The community pool and clubhouse are a nice way to meet new neighbors and it's a safe place to raise a family or retire in a quiet area of Springboro (great location in between Dayton and Cincinnati if one spouse works in 1 city and the other spouse in the other). The neighbors are laid back and friendly. Block parties are common. There is an annual garage sale and canned food drive. Kids ride bikes and play. The schools are rated excellent and community support for the schools and sports is fantastic. We lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and LOVED it!!! It's close to schools, golf, shopping and restaurants. There is also easy access to I-75 and I-675. Only 20 minutes to WPAFB."
