The apartment is situated on the lower level of a private home but is designed to be architecturally freestanding. The main house upstairs has a deck with a large hot tub and an accessible laundry room.
We have a friendly Miniature Australian Shepherd, who runs freely around the outdoor areas, which are gated. In the yard behind the unit, there is ample room for patio furniture and perhaps a grill. For the person who likes gardening, this would make a nice opportunity.
The neighborhood is peaceful, and our household is friendly, while maintaining privacy.
Rent includes utilities, wi-fi, laundry access, and professional cleaning twice a month.
We would consider a tenant with a well-behaved dog, provided that it gets along with ours.
