I would give no stars if I could. No one cares about kids who are being bullied. If there no evidence they call it he said she said. It not my fault there are no cameras in capron elementary! Everyone wants to say that school is good because it the smallest. The teachers don’t cover all the criteria needed. Sense a bunch of homework home. Will say our kids aren’t excelling at certain things. Clearly you need to fix something if it all the kids. However your teaching isn’t working. 3rd graders are getting recess at 3 and school lets out at 330. That is if they give a recess at all. If kids bother teachers while eating because an incident happens they say leave me alone I’m eating. They punish the kids by giving them silent lunch or recess. The kids are in 3rd grade!!! Maybe if you gave the recess in the middle of the day they be less crazy. Usually they are punish over homework. Which they should be notifying the parents and letting them deal with it at home. It HOME work. All they care about is the SOL. They aren’t worried about anything but the scores on those test. They cover each other mistakes up. It disgusting.

I love this school. My 3 kids, all with different educational needs, are better for attending this school. I count myself fortunate to live in a rural county with such an excellent public school.

This school is insane there's bugs all over the place, there was a lockdown the 2nd/3rd week of school. They make us put our phones in pouches because they think it will help us but most of the students here just break it out immediately. Fights all the time, bad behavior, Never send your kids here unless you want them to experience a living hell. I almost forgot to mention the teaching, it's HORRIBLE especially with all this zoom stuff.
