This wonderfully bright and airy first floor unit of approximately 825 sq. ft. includes a single car garage and one additional designated parking space in the driveway. Also, a large backyard with block walls and a storage shed is exclusive to this unit, meaning it's only for your use! The way the upstairs and downstairs units are situated there is no one living above you and no shared walls. There is a common laundry room where each unit has a designated stacked washer and dryer. In other words, only you will have use of the washer and dryer designated for your unit. Across the street is a green belt/park. Residences are located only on the west side of the street and additional parking is often available next to the green belt. Must have good credit, good rental history, and verifiable income. Gas fireplace, new gas oven, and freshly painted throughout. Walking distance to Palisades elementary school. Friendly neighbors. Pet friendly! Cats and/or well behaved small dogs are ok. Water and trash included. Renter to pay all other utilities. Bi-weekly landscaper paid by owner.

Minimum 1 year lease required. Max occupancy is 5 people. All adult tenants must submit an application and be on the lease. No subletting. No AIRBNB or any other short term rental usage. A dog, if approved, must be under 25 pounds, and non vicious breed (i.e. no pit bulls).
