Description

This is a furnished rental and only available seasonally. We are returning to live in it ourselves so cannot do a longer lease and the furniture has to stay in the home. It will be FULLY FURNISHED including a fully equipped kitchen! Linens, pillows, and towels will not be included. We are currently doing some repairs and updates so do not have pictures of every room or freshly painted pictures yet. Here are some details but I am happy to answer any further questions!
-ALL utilities included!(wifi, water, sewer, electric, & lawn maintenance)
-large yard with blueberry bushes, huge cherry trees, and grape vines
-primary bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and private bathroom with tub
-second bedroom has a queen bed
-third bedroom is currently set up as an office with a trundle bed but we are happy to make better accommodations for your family.
-second bathroom is a full bath but no tub
It's a unique situation so please reach out if you think we can work something out! We love this home so much so want to find someone that could enjoy it while loving and caring for it as much as we have. We will consider pets. Since it is fully furnished it is not ideal but open to talk about it.

Seasonal Furnished Rental! Available end of April and can be rented through the end of October. I will require an application before scheduling a showing but a fee will of be asked for until after showing and we both agree to pursue a lease agreement.

Absolutely no smoking allowed.

"I have lived her 5 years and it’s been one of the best communities I’ve been in. True mountain community and caring for people. More diversity than most places its size in the state but not the most diverse. Wish there were better transportation options."

  • Gage3221
"Iv lived here just over 4 years. It's quiet, except for your usual stuff like the occasional idiot flying through in their jacked up truck. You can walk to Two convenience stores and a few restaurants, a comic shop, a brew pub and a few other things. Far enough away from Asheville to be enjoyable but close enough to get there if nerd be. "
  • Rayedjune
"The area is a mix of all ages and some with children. Great place for raising kids- close to the local High School and also middle and elementary schools. Shopping, churches and parks close by, along with great weather make this nice year around place to live and work. "
